Frequently asked questions
How do I book a ride?
Use the search bar: enter pick-up, destination, date and number of passengers, choose one way or return, then click “Book”. Fill in your details and send: your request is recorded and you receive a confirmation e-mail in a few moments.
How is the price calculated?
Our main destinations from Marrakech have a fixed price per vehicle (for example €20 for the airport, €70 for Essaouira), fuel and tolls included. For other addresses, the price is based on distance. A same-day return costs 1.5 times the one-way fare (nearby excursions), and a return on different dates gets a 10% discount. The price is always shown before you book.
How many passengers and bags?
The Skoda Superb seats up to 4 passengers with their luggage. Let us know how many suitcases you have so we can plan accordingly.
Do you offer multi-day tours?
Yes: Merzouga (2 to 3 days) and Zagora (1 to 2 days) are available as tours. Tell us your dates and wishes and we will suggest an itinerary and a quote.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. ROAMLINE TRAVEL holds a tourist transport licence and the car is covered by fully comprehensive insurance.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible, ideally a few days ahead. For last-minute requests, contact us directly on WhatsApp.
